Senior Executive (Flat Sales)
Job Description
Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure positive client relationships and convert leads into sales.
Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales process.
Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events and promotional activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years

- Proven sales track & performance in Real Estate sector only
