Team Lead - Field Operations (Female)

Dinmajur Platform Service is a premium on-demand home services platform serving households and businesses across Dhaka and Chittagong — "Reliable Home Service." We're hiring a strong on-ground leader to drive our field operations and grow our female workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field-level teams in assigned areas
• Handle service provider registration and onboarding (especially the female workforce)
• Conduct field visits to monitor and improve service quality
• Build and maintain B2B partnerships with local businesses and organisations
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
• Assist in business planning and strategy execution
• Coordinate between customers, service providers, and the internal team
• Ensure smooth daily operations and field-level problem-solving

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Manpower Recruitment, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Individual/Personal Recruitment, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Female

• 2+ years in field operations, team management, or sales (startup/service experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills in Bangla
• Comfortable with regular field visits across Dhaka
• Smartphone-literate and self-driven
