Job Responsibilities & Context
Future Education (Sister Concern of Future Japanese Language School) is looking for a dynamic and responsible Creative Graphics Designer - IT Officer to support our academic, consultancy and administrative operations.
This role requires a creative mindset combined with strong computer operation skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for graphic design tasks, student file preparation, IT support and day to day office coordination. The position demands the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for promotional, academic and official purposes.
- Prepare, organize and finalize student application files and documentation accurately.
- Manage and maintain student records, files and office data using Microsoft Word, Excel and other office applications.
- Assist in arranging and setting up online interviews, meetings and virtual counseling sessions.
- Support student counseling and information services as per office requirements.
- Perform short duration outdoor office tasks when/if required (maximum 1-2 hours).
- Provide basic IT and computer support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discipline and a proactive learning attitude.
Employment Context
- Office Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (office time may extend in necessary period)
- Workplace: Office-based (Cumilla)

Experience
- At least 1 year

Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 45 years
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; experienced graphics designers or computer operators will be given preference.
- Additional Skills: English writing proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
