Job Description
Business Operations
Manage overall business operations and ensure smooth functional activities.
Coordinate with production, sales, supply chain, finance and administration teams.
Monitor operational efficiency, productivity and business performance.
Oversee SOP-compliant paddy procurement to maintain optimum inventory and paddy quality.
Optimize recovery and monetization of by-products while ensuring full accountability and adherence to financial and operational protocols.
Sales & Market Development
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer demands.
Expand dealer/distributor network and explore new business opportunities.
Financial & Commercial Management
Monitor budget, operational costs and profitability.
Support management in business planning and decision-making.
Ensure effective utilization of company resources.
Team Management
Lead and supervise departmental teams.
Set KPIs and performance targets.
Develop employee motivation, accountability and operational discipline.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare business reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Identify operational risks and recommend improvement plans.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged), Auto Rice Mill
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
