Job Description
- Daily outbound call handling in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Achieve assigned call quality, lead generation,
- Introduce real estate products and respond to inquiries regarding residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- After creating the potential lead, enter the potential leads into the CRM/lead management software.
- Generate and qualify sales leads by engaging with potential clients and understanding their requirements.
- Manage customer information and interaction records accurately in the CRM system.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA/MBA preferably in Marketing from a reputed university.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, automobile, and banking industry will be given preference.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Computer literacy mandatory (Word & Excel)·
