Software Developer (Senior Executive / Executive) – MIS & IT

Building software

• This is the heart of the role — designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our in-house applications using Laravel, Ajax, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React JS, and various API integrations.

Supporting ERPNext (HR module)

• You'll manage who can access what — user roles, permissions, and document-level controls — and help configure or fine-tune approval workflows. When HR runs into system issues, you'll be the go-to person to sort it out.

Supporting SAP

• You'll create and maintain master data (system codes and the like), dig into user/system errors, and loop in vendor support when something needs a deeper fix.

General IT support

• Keeping track of our IT assets (who has what, lifecycle status), setting up new laptops/desktops with the right software, helping out with printers and network hiccups, and coordinating with outside vendors when needed.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

• Age At least 28 years

• Some hands-on experience building web apps or database tools Laravel and JavaScript experience is a big plus·
• Any exposure to SAP, especially master data, will work in your favor
• Comfortable working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) for reports, registers, and data lists·
• Good general troubleshooting skills for end-user IT issues
