Job Description
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
Represent the company professionally in meetings and client interactions.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- HSC in Accounting, Commerce, English, Business Administration
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Only Female
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
