Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote company products/services and provide proper product information to customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer networks.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management regarding sales activities.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and ensure smooth order processing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales growth.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Online Retail Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor’s/Honors degree from any reputed university.
- Candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS XL and reporting.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service will be an added advantage.
