Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote company products/services and provide proper product information to customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer networks.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update management regarding sales activities.
  • Maintain proper communication with customers and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales growth.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Online Retail Startup

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor’s/Honors degree from any reputed university.
  • Candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS XL and reporting.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service will be an added advantage.
