Receptionist
Job Description
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and receive incoming phone calls.
Active through calling and messaging using social media.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately.
Manage patient flow, assist Vet team and be kind to pet animals.
Manage patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Provide excellent customer service to pet owner ensuring satisfaction to the highest level
Maintain strong collaboration with colleagues and other departments with the highest level of professionalism.
Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time (Multitasking).
Education
- HSC
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Only Female
- Proven experience as a Receptionist,
- Emergency response, Identify urgent cases, inform vet quickly.
- Be kind and love to pet animals.
- Provide the best customer services.
