Junior Architect

SIMEX BANGLADESH is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team on a full-time basis at our head office. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and understand project requirements
• Develop architectural design concepts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required
• Ensure design quality and project coordination throughout different stages of development

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age At least 20 years

• Experience: 0-3 years in architectural practice
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project responsibilities independently when required

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• Rhinoceros 3D
• Lumion
• Adobe Photoshop
