Job Description

  • Supervise the customer care center team and manage overall center operations within the assigned region.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, prompt, and friendly service.

  • Coordinate with all center functions including Executives, Technical Engineers, Accounts, Inventory, and Logistics teams.

  • Report operational activities and performance updates to the Head Office regularly.

  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving KPI, sales, and revenue targets.

  • Possess sound knowledge of After-Sales Service Operations for both Mobile Handsets and Consumer Electronics.

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers and the local sales team.

  • Motivate customers through positive engagement to convert interest into sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrate strong target orientation, punctuality, and professional discipline in the workplace.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.

  • Efficiently operate and execute tasks within the ERP system.

  • Achieve the sales targets set by management and prepare periodic performance reports accordingly.

  • Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery.

  • Research and recommend new business opportunities and service improvements through proper forecasting.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as needed.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Shop/Showroom

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters
  • B.Sc. (Hons.)/Master`s Degree

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 34 years
  • Only Male
  • Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

  • Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.

  • Good Planning and decision, Making Skill.

  • He must be able to manage People.

  • He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.
