Job Description
A renowned group of companies is looking for potential candidates for the position of Assistant General Manager- Sales & Marketing at Head office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
The role involves promoting land-based real estate projects, engaging potential clients, negotiating deals and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, especially in land sales, with in-depth knowledge of land laws, documentation and customer handling in the real estate and land market.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute land sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow the project pipeline.
Identify, pursue and convert new land sales opportunities through active client engagement and site visits.
Negotiate pricing and terms, close deals and ensure full legal and compliance adherence.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors, including post-sales support and referrals.
Coordinate land documentation, registration and legal processes with internal teams and authorities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing, promotion and future land acquisition decisions.
Manage CRM records, track leads and conversions, and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
In-depth understanding of land sales processes, property registration and mutation procedures.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and field visits.
Proficiency basic legal understanding of land-related matters.
Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws and the local market.
