Manager/ Senior Manager (Head of Quality) - Lingerie

Responsible for organizing, monitoring and managing all quality assurance-related activities.

Review quality audit failures with respective Quality team for an action plan.

Coordinate with the concerned department if any special requirement from the customer. Assign appropriate personnel according to the audit schedule.

Follow up on the audit result in all concern areas.·Update audit schedule against shipment plan. 

Review the audit summary report and define the action plan with all concerned departments.

Assess and validate standards and ensure these are met Summarize the audit schedule.

Review QA manpower status.

Update & follow-up QA training schedule and evaluate for next improvement.

Technical audit follow-up for QMS implementation result

Attend customer meetings and training.

 To evaluate the quality standard during the process to ensure it confirms the requirement

  Evaluate the customer’s sample (fit, measurement and workmanship) before sending approval.

 Attending internal and external audit functions.

Any others task related with lead the quality team
