Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales Co-ordinator
Job Description
Daily activity follows up of sales team monitoring & reporting.
Movement tracking of sales team.
CRM activity monitoring.
Sales team daily KPI update.
Sales team attendance monitoring.
Update sales booking money, booking dues, overdues , collection through sales person.
To receive due payment of Booking money from the clients through the seller time to time.
Return cheque update and taking steps to deposit and en-cash the same amount.
Follow up the regular payment collection.
Provide daily sales collection Target, Achievement and Forecast report making and sent to higher Management.
Preparing new sales note sheet and necessary documents.
Project Brochure, available product list, provide to the sales person.
Preparing internal notes, circular for sales department. Generating different report on sales as desired and directed by management.
Any other task assigns by the Management.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Education
- Bachelor/Honors

- Age 28 to 35 years
