Job Summary

We are seeking 10 dedicated and professional Female Phone Call Operators to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you will communicate with students and clients over the phone, provide information about our services, answer inquiries, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive phone calls professionally.
• Communicate with students, parents, and clients in a polite and friendly manner.
• Explain the organization's courses and services clearly.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the support and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Public Relation Companies, Financial Consultants

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Clear pronunciation and a confident speaking style.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently from home with professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools will be an advantage.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet working environment are preferred.
