Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information and store accordingly in the company database.
- Inform customers about our products, services, offers and different campaigns. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
- Assist customers with product price and quality related issues.
- Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
- Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
- Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
- Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
- Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 32 years
- Only Female
- English fluency is must.
- Candidates will have to be presentable.
- Have a Decent typing speed.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
