Job Description
Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka. (On-site)
Workplace: Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study options in UK & Europe
Guide students through program selection, eligibility, and career outcomes
Convert walk-in and digital leads into applications
Conduct detailed counseling sessions and maintain follow-up
Provide accurate information on visa requirements, fees, and university processes
Coordinate with the admission officer on student files
Maintain CRM records and daily counseling logs
Represent Keeron Study Abroad professionally to ensure high student satisfaction
Experience
- At least 2 years
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
Experience Required:
- 2+ Years Experience in Study abroad consultancy/ agency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in the study abroad sector
- Proven track record of successfully sending students abroad (Specially UK & Europe)
- Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)
- Deep knowledge of Europe & the UK programs and visa procedures
- Smart, confident, and student-friendly personality
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to consistently meet targets
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Student profiling & academic counseling
- University admissions & visa processing
- Documentation, SOP guidance & compliance
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and student-centric mindset
- Strong ability to collaborate within a diverse, fast-growing team environment
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Number of monthly file openings
- Conversion rate (application → offer → deposit → visa)
- Student satisfaction & feedback
- Documentation accuracy
- Attendance & reporting discipline
