GM - Production

• Responsible for run the business independently Oversee the day to day production and shipment of woven (Top, Bottom & Jacket) factory.

• Guide teams in solving technical challenges and addressing issues in development and production.

• Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and optimization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery) for profitable operations.

• Monitor and evaluate production workflows to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

• Evaluate business growth, maintain and achieve the target.

• Reducing Excess Over Time (EOT) through monitor and improve production and manpower efficiency.

• Focus on First Time Through (FTT), Non-productive Time (NPT) reduction, TNA, material loss prevention, and Cost per Minute (CPM) optimization.

• Convene daily production meetings and coordinate production schedules with Merchandising and Quality teams.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male
