Asst. Production Manager (Sewing)

• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.

• Balance manpower and machinery effectively to eliminate bottlenecks and idle time.

• Ensure sewing operations comply with approved quality standards.

• Improve workflow, line layout, and process efficiency when required.

• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering (IE) and Finishing Department for balanced production flow.

• Work closely with the QC team & Kaizen team to reduce defects and improve quality performance.

• Coordinate with the Engineering Department to resolve machine breakdowns and technical issues.

• Regularly report production status and improvement progress to the Top Management

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor/Honors

• BSc In Textile Engineering will get extra privilege

• Age 33 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Should have sound health and strength.

• Should have the mentality to work under pressure.

• Should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative, & self-motivated.

• Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills
