Job Description
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Education
- A Level
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.
- Experience working in International Call Center will get priority.
- Freshers & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.
