Commercial Executive
Job Description
HS Code identification item-wise import tax calculation.
Assist in daily commercial operations related to import, export and local trade.
Proper knowledge with Prepare and maintain import/export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Proforma invoice. Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin and related documents.
Support the preparation and management of LC documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
Handle processing and record keeping of trade and financial documents.
Coordinate with Customs, C&F agents, shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Monitor shipment status and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in accounts reconciliation and reporting related to commercial transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.
Support business development activities and assist in achieving departmental targets.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Supply Chain
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking, Management, International Business, Supply Chain Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
