Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday is fixed. (Alternative Saturday as well)
Shift Type: Night Shift (USA Campaign)
🎯 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
* Make outbound calls to USA-based customers.
* Introduce products and promotional offers.
* Assist customers with product-related inquiries.
* Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement.
* Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads when required.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
* Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
* Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction.
📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
* Strong English communication skills.
* Previous experience in an International BPO or Call Center will be an advantage.
* Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.
* Ability to work in a night shift environment.
* Female candidates are preferred.
* Minimum HSC / A-Levels or equivalent qualification.
