Senior Manager - Corporate Sales
CARBDSHOP (BANGLADESH)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development to build strategic relationships, generate large-scale vehicle sales opportunities, and establish CARBDSHOP as a trusted automotive supplier nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CARBDSHOP's nationwide corporate sales strategy.
- Identify opportunities within NGOs, SMEs, multinational companies, banks, government departments, development projects, fleet operators, hospitals, educational institutions, and construction companies.
- Generate new business opportunities worth BDT 5–20 crore annually.
- Build relationships with CEOs, Directors, Procurement Heads, Fleet Managers, and Government Officials.
- Prepare corporate proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Lead and mentor the corporate sales team.
- Deliver monthly sales forecasts and management reports.
KPIs (First 12 Months)
- 50+ corporate meetings conducted
- Database of 500+ corporate prospects
- Minimum 10 corporate clients signed
- Generate at least BDT 5 crore in corporate vehicle sales
- Establish partnerships with banks and leasing companies
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 23 years
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Automotive Sales, Banking, Leasing, or Fleet Management.
- Proven track record of generating B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Bangladesh.
