Job Description

  • Analyze current and potential market, monitor competitor activities through market visits, and recommend strategies on product, price, and promotion.

  • Prepare annual sales forecasts, sales budget, P&L, and update product costing considering raw material and other cost changes.

  • Develop and execute monthly promotional plans within budget and closely monitor promotional effectiveness.

  • Support execution of annual brand plans across ATL, BTL, digital, and trade promotions by coordinating with agencies and internal teams for creatives, media, content, events, and POS.

  • Track brand performance, market trends, and competitor movement; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Assist in product development, packaging, and new variant launches; ensure launch and campaign readiness with supply chain coordination.

  • Ensure continuous product availability and maintain optimal stock levels for assigned products.

  • Conduct regular market and trade visits to gather field insights and support brand and business decisions.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
