We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Assistant Executive / Executive (HR & Admin) for Bashundhara Multi Steel Industries Limited, Mirsharai, Chattogram
Job Description:
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, personnel files, and HR records.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
- Support payroll preparation and overtime management.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Act, company policies, and factory regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive industrial relations.
- Coordinate security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, and accommodation services.
- Manage office supplies, assets, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare HR & Admin reports and support internal/external audits.
- Coordinate employee welfare, engagement, and training activities.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Masters
MBA/Master`s degree in HRM, Management, Public Administration
Candidates having PDGHRM will get advantage
