Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
Visit potential clients and generate new sales leads.
Promote commercial freezers, refrigeration equipment, cold storage rooms,
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customer inquiries and after-sales support.
Experience
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Candidates below 30 with relevant industry experience will receive special consideration.
- Smart, energetic, and presentable personality.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- English speaking, writing, and email communication are mandatory.
- Strong mindset with the ability to achieve challenging sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Must be willing to spend most of the working time in the field visiting customers and developing business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with experience in refrigeration, cold storage,commercial freezers, engineering products, industrial equipment, food processing, or related sectors will receive special preference.
- Candidates with existing industry contacts and customer networks will be highly preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition will be considered a major advantage.
