Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.

  • Visit potential clients and generate new sales leads.

  • Promote commercial freezers, refrigeration equipment, cold storage rooms,

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.

  • Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.

  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

  • Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and after-sales support.

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Candidates below 30 with relevant industry experience will receive special consideration.
  • Smart, energetic, and presentable personality.
  • Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • English speaking, writing, and email communication are mandatory.
  • Strong mindset with the ability to achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Must be willing to spend most of the working time in the field visiting customers and developing business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Candidates

  • Candidates with experience in refrigeration, cold storage,commercial freezers, engineering products, industrial equipment, food processing, or related sectors will receive special preference.
  • Candidates with existing industry contacts and customer networks will be highly preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition will be considered a major advantage.
