Job Description
- Network installation,configuration and maintenance related to router, switch, firewall, FTTH (G/EPON).
- Configure and monitor BGP, OSPF, MPLS protocols related to cisco, juniper, mikrotik devices.
- Design network layouts to ensure optimal performance, coverage and scalability.
- Monitor network speed, connectivity and identify network performance bottlenecks.
- Network troubleshooting for connecitivity issues raised by customers.
- Server, system, billing and mrtg management.
- Server Virtualization and backup system management.
- Coordinate and configure with upstreams providers (IIG,IX,NTTN).
- QoS and bandwidth management to give optimal performance to customers.
- Understand customer's requirements and give solutions.
- Prepare technical and BTRC related reports.
Experience
- 6 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

- Certifications:
- CCNA routing and switching
- CCNP routing and switching
- CCNA security
- MTCNA
