Key Accounts Manager - Corporate Sales / B2B Sales
Job Description
Develop and grow corporate sales by acquiring and managing key accounts across multiple industries.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct client meetings, and achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement, HR, and administration teams.
Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and business solutions based on client needs.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Merchandising, Operations, and Delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving service issues and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Monitor inventory planning, order management, quality standards, and SLA compliance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance updates for management.
Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic corporate partnerships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
Support management in developing new B2B business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Restaurant, Super store, E-commerce
Education
Bachelor`s or Master’s in any discipline. Business Administration preferred.
