Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

• Process-wise inventory tracking on job basis on real-time.
• Necessary quality data collect, assess and record according to the job on real-time.
• Job-wise dyes and chemicals consumption follow-up, assessment and recording.
• Close supervision of waste (fabrics, dyes & chemicals, utility) and maintain records and report to the authority.
• Keep close monitoring of dyes and chemical sub-store for justification of job-wise consumption to prevent unauthorized consumption.
• This is a shift-based job; therefore, the applicant must cover all activities during his shift and properly hand over responsibilities to the next shift in-charge so that nothing remains out of record.
• All information should be presented to the authority on a regular basis so that management can take decisions on time.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Diploma
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Education : Diploma or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Woven Fabric preferred).

• Age 22 to 30 years

Age : Up to 30 years

• Experience : 01 to 02 year(s).
• Skill : Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred), Good understanding of
• textile manufacturing processes, Strong numerical and reporting skills and Good communication and interpersonal skills.
