Job Description
- Manage front desk and reception operations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests; maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management.
- Maintain office files, records, databases, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Handle the PABX system, receive incoming calls, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
- Receive and distribute letters, courier documents, and other official correspondence.
- Perform general administrative and office management tasks to support daily business operations.
- Support administrative activities and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Only Female
Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
