Job Description
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement office-based operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and supervise office staff to ensure smooth administrative and managerial functions.
- Coordinate with department heads (Commercial, Finance, Merchandising, Material & Purchase, Production, IT & Compliance) for effective workflow.
Administrative Oversight
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting systems.
- Monitor office operations including correspondence, scheduling, and communication flow.
- Approve office expenditures and maintain budgetary control.
Merchandising & Buyer Communication
- Overall Monitoring the Departments
- Maintain strong professional relationships with buyers and suppliers through office communication channels.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, compliance standards, and buyer requirements.
- Review compliance reports, audit documents, and certifications.
- Maintain transparency in reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Financial & Data Management
- Supervise office-level financial transactions, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Monitor cost control measures and ensure profitability analysis.
- Review MIS (Management Information System) reports for decision-making.
HR & People Management
- Oversee performance evaluation of office staff.
- Ensure employee welfare, discipline, and motivation within the office environment.
- Implement policies for professional growth and retention.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a bridge between production units and office departments.
- Ensure smooth communication flow across merchandising, finance, and compliance teams.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations at the office level.
Experience
- 10 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Garments, Overseas Companies
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Masters

- Age 40 to 55 years
