In-Charge (Luxury Resort Operations)

Job Summary

LLUVIA DE ORO LUXURY RESORT is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and customer-focused In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of the resort. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service standards, supervise staff, and support the smooth operation of all resort activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, and security activities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage resort staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain resort cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and resort procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Assist management in planning promotional activities and guest engagement programs.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male
