Restaurant waiters

• Take customer orders and serve food & beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and company standards.

• Assist team members in daily restaurant operations.

• Welcoming and seating guests.

• Providing table service and taking food orders.

• Serving food as scheduled. Resolving customer needs and complaints appropriately.

• Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and service standards of the restaurant.

• Performing duties as required in both the ground floor and first floor kitchens and dining areas.

• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Service Staff.

At least 1 year of experience as Waiter/Captain/Team Leader will be preferred.
