Assistant- Frame Production
Job Description
Support safety activities through daily patrols, training, and PPE audits.
Ensure a safe workplace for all associates.
Achieve daily production and delivery targets per shift.
Follow standard processes (OPS) and confirm quality of process, parts, and equipment.
Prepare and maintain production reports, delivery reports, SAP data, and MSQCD board.
Control inventory of frame body, swing arm, tools, consumables, and raw materials.
Manage manpower distribution, attendance, and skill development through training.
Coordinate with other sections and support Line Associates and Supervisors at Gemba.
Improve processes to reduce waste and improve quality (KAIZEN). Monitor and test outputs.
Work on shift duties (day/night rotation) and perform any other tasks assigned by management
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Automobile
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
Proficiency in CAD will be considered an added advantage.
Prior experience in press or welding processes is preferable.
