Job Description

  1. Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the corporate office.

  2. Maintain office facilities, assets, equipment, and inventory records.

  3. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.

  4. Support employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, and administrative documentation.

  5. Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements when required.

  6. Maintain records, files, agreements, and company documents in both physical and digital formats.

  7. Assist management in organizing meetings, events, and corporate programs.

  8. Liaise with service providers, utility authorities, and external stakeholders.

  9. Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.

  10. Prepare administrative reports and perform any other duties assigned by management.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Management (MBM)
    • Master of Commerce (MCom)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Only Male
  • Age: 24–32 years.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Professional attitude, integrity, and attention to detail.
