Customer Service Executive
Job Description
Handle all incoming leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Call clients to set appointments and ensure regular follow-up.
Convert leads into sales through calls and video presentations.
Communicate with fashion brand owners and wholesale clients.
Generate new clients through direct calling and networking.
Manage showroom/warehouse visitors and complete sales with billing.
Provide after-sales support and ensure repeat orders.
Coordinate with marketing team and handle ad-generated leads.
Maintain professional communication and strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Boutique/ Fashion, Shop/Showroom
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
