Job Description

  • Handle all incoming leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

  • Call clients to set appointments and ensure regular follow-up.

  • Convert leads into sales through calls and video presentations.

  • Communicate with fashion brand owners and wholesale clients.

  • Generate new clients through direct calling and networking.

  • Manage showroom/warehouse visitors and complete sales with billing.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure repeat orders.

  • Coordinate with marketing team and handle ad-generated leads.

  • Maintain professional communication and strong client relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
