Job Description

D'More Hotel & Resort is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations to support business growth and ensure smooth hotel operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, developing corporate relationships, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

  • Generate and maintain corporate, travel agent, and institutional business accounts.

  • Conduct client visits, sales meetings, and promotional activities to increase business opportunities.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments.

  • Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.

  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.

  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management review.

  • Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.

  • Supervise and motivate team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Resort, Motel

Education

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 30 years
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort sales & operations

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability in corporate sales and client relationship management

  • Leadership and team management capability

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
