Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager, Brand & Communication

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute and monitor ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line) and Digital marketing activities, including event execution, promotional activities, print advertisements, graphics follow-up, and POSM marketing.
2. Assist and monitor new product launch events, advertising campaigns, advertorial content approval, and joint promotions with media partners and third parties.
3. Collaborate with trade channels to develop promotional mechanisms, special offers, in-store displays, and POS materials.
4. Develop and execute the entire 360-degree digital brand communication and operations in line with brand objectives.
5. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize strategies.
6. Plan, budget, and execute effective online campaigns and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
7. Monitor competitors' activities through ATL-BTL (outdoor) and digital advertisements, market visits, and data analysis, and stay updated on current market trends.
8. Contribute to the ideation and implementation of CG video/ TVC/ OVC/ RDC or any other video content.
9. If necessary, prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and distribute them through various channels.
10. Assist in cross-department coordination to ensure alignment with brand goals.
11. Seek content approval from department leads and management.
Job Requirement
Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed public/private university.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
5. Creative thinking ability to develop innovative campaigns and activations.
6. Flexibility to travel as required for on-ground activations and events.
7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools is desirable.
